Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ATPECOOP Leave Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this system.

2. Purpose of the System

The ATPECOOP Leave Management System is designed exclusively for authorized employees, supervisors, managers, and human resources personnel of Amkor Technology Philippines Employees Cooperative (ATPECOOP) to manage leave requests, approvals, and related employment records.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Notify the IT department immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session.
• Use only your assigned account for system access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this system only for legitimate employment-related purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to access data or accounts other than your own.
• Using the system for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the system.
• Submitting false or misleading leave requests.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the system.

5. Leave Request Accuracy

Employees are responsible for ensuring that all leave requests submitted through the system are accurate and truthful. Submitting fraudulent leave requests may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

6. System Availability

While ATPECOOP endeavors to maintain continuous system availability, we do not guarantee that the system will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

7. Data Integrity

All leave records, approvals, and related data processed through this system are considered official employment records. By using the system, you acknowledge that electronically recorded approvals and timestamps are valid and binding.

8. Privacy

Your use of this system is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Changes to Terms

ATPECOOP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the system following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through official company communication channels.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines and the internal policies of ATPECOOP. Any disputes arising from the use of this system shall be resolved through the appropriate internal grievance procedures of ATPECOOP.
